Who can Heathside support?
Adults aged 65 and over, including people with physical, visual or hearing impairments and mild or moderate dementia, subject to assessment.
Does Heathside provide nursing care?
No. We provide residential care and work with GPs, district nurses and other community professionals where appropriate.
Can someone stay for a short period?
Yes. Respite and convalescent stays may be available depending on needs and room availability.
Can residents bring their own furniture?
Yes. Suitable furniture, photographs and familiar belongings can help a room feel like home.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be possible by prior arrangement. Speak to the team so we can consider everyone living in the home.
What are the fees and funding options?
