The role
Care with patience, dignity and warmth
Care assistants support residents with personal care and daily routines, mobility, meals and companionship. You will follow individual care plans, notice and report changes, and work with colleagues to help residents feel safe, comfortable and respected.
Current hours and shift availability will be discussed during the application process.
What we’re looking for
- A kind, dependable and respectful approach
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Care experience is welcome but not essential
- A willingness to learn and complete required training
- Right-to-work, reference and DBS checks before appointment
