To this end our dedicated, skilled staff deliver the highest quality of care and service, promoting physical and emotional wellness in an environment that feels warm and welcoming, offers safety and security, and provides stimulation and fulfilment.

Personal Care Assistance
We believe in choice for our services users, carers are available 24 hrs. as and when you need them. Heathside is a family-run care home based in Altrincham, Cheshire and provides accomodation, personal and nursing care.
Care staff pride themselves on the services offered provide 24-hour care in a friendly and homely atmosphere.
The home is able to offer long-term residential care and short-term respite care and a day care service.
Physical Disability Support
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Care for Service users
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both residents and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.

"Mum, who has dementia, went into Heathside for 3 weeks respite whilst I had a holiday and she has been there ever since. She has settled into all aspects of life there. The staff are wonderful in their attention to every resident. Mum likes the food and is always clean and happy. I count myself extremely lucky to have found a home for mum with first class staff, food, cleanliness and facilities".

"My father has resided at Heathside since May 2016 and I am very impressed with the service received. I receive very prompt communication if my father is ill or has had a fall and the staff follow all guidelines. They always enlist the help of the appropriate health care professionals. The staff treat him with dignity at all times and are most courteous and open with family members. Food and drink are readily available and of an excellent standard".
